* I agree not to make it hard or unpleasant for others to use the site.

By using this software I recognise that farkwar.com is not a safety device and should not be relied upon as such. I will not hold the author responsible for any damages (real or imagined) that may occur from use, misuse, or non-use of farkwar.com. And all the other stuff that should go without saying.

Also, my wife would like to point out that it crashes every time she looks at it (though it has excellent uptime when she's doing something else.) YMMV
